Refund Policy

If you have received incorrect, damaged, or faulty items, please contact our customer support team within 30 days of delivery at hello@joinflashback.co, including your order number in the subject line.

Flashback will verify if you are entitled to a refund or replacement for any initial faults presented upon receiving your order.

Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. We highly recommend using a tracking service to return the goods.

Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.

Warranty

The ONE35 camera is covered by a 30-day warranty. If you discover a functional issue with the product within 30 days of delivery, Flashback will verify whether you are entitled to a replacement. Please note that the following conditions will void the Flashback warranty:

• Damages resulting from misuse, abuse, or negligence.
• Damages caused by wear and tear, theft, or loss.
• Damages or faults caused by product tampering or use of third-party accessories.
• Use that is not in accordance with the listed instructions on the product packaging.
