Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping at Flashback. This page lists our Shipping Policy, including processing & shipping times for our products.
Processing Times
Orders received before 2pm AEST on a business day will be processed on the same day. The exceptions are days which fall on a weekend or national holiday. In those cases, your order will be processed on the next eligible day. Other exceptions are if it is a pre-order.
Delivery Times
Below is the estimated time to receive your order based on the shipping destination.

The above times are estimates based on average transit times. True delivery times can be influenced by a variety of factors, including remote addresses, weather, and seasonal demand (especially during the Christmas holiday period).
Pre-order Terms
In periods of high demand, stock for all of our products might not be immediately available. In this case, we may offer the chance to "backorder" or "preorder" those products. The expected shipping date for a preorder or backorder will be listed clearly on the website at the time of purchase.
You may cancel and refund your preorder or backorder up until the order is queued for shipping with one of our partners. Please note that we may ship your order earlier than the specified date if stock becomes available.
Delivery Delays
Please note that the above times are an estimate. Flashback cannot be responsible for delays which are out of our control, including those caused by third-party carriers. However, we will take reasonable actions to ensure your parcel is delivered in a reasonable timeframe. This includes working with the carriers to identify & rectify mistakes and, if necessary, replacing damaged or lost shipments.
Damaged and Lost Items
Flashback is responsible for the shipping & handling of your order until it safely reaches your shipping address. Due to the nature of third-party carriers, occasional delivery mistakes or damage can occur. Flashback will take all reasonable actions to hold third parties responsible for lost items. Failing this, we will replace damaged or lost shipments.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Flashback makes its best effort to cover all import taxes, duties and tariffs on all purchases made from any location worldwide. On the other hand, we do not have direct relationships with every customs office and their requirements may change from time to time. Therefore, we cannot guarantee that there will be no additional charges. We appreciate your understanding and will assist as much as possible in minimising any inconvenience.
Limitations
This Shipping Policy remains subject to applicable laws and contractual rights. In the event of any conflict between this policy and applicable laws or contractual obligations, the applicable laws or contractual rights shall prevail.
